Cognition in Medicine

Cognitive factors are important in receiving treatment. This section summarizes our studies on the expectation and different context factors such as doctor-patient relationship in receiving acupuncture, as well as body sensation of acupuncture as both treatment and pain.

Meridian Map

Meridian is a group of acupoints with similar characteristics in the theory of Korean Medicine. Our studies tried to show the information of meridians through maps on the body and show the clinical implications of meridians.

Data-Driven Medicine

Data is gaining an increasing spotlight in recent years as the source of deeper information in explaining phenomenon. Data-driven medicine aims to collect data from the past and the present to explain different theories in medicine as well as the effectiveness.
